No recorte do isolamento social de 2020, temos aprendido a duras penas o real valor do conhecimento: em especial o da ciência e o da filosofia, num contexto pandêmico e de pós-verdade. Temos aprendido o real valor e os desafios da reclusão e contemplação, já que temos lidado de uma maneira brusca com nossa própria presença. É uma carta essencial, que desdobra sua importância também cotidiana.

Antropomorfizado com licença poética, essa música ensaia o que O Eremita diria. Bom ou mau, nenhum presságio independe de seu arauto.

The Hermit is the ninth major arcane of the Tarot.

It represents knowledge, self-absorption and contemplation. By itself, it represents fundamental aspects of our human existence and experience. In the 2020 social isolation, we have learned value of knowledge in the hard way: especially that of science and philosophy, in a pandemic and post-truth context. We have learned the real value and challenges of seclusion and contemplation, as we have dealt with abruptly with our own presence. It is an essential card, which unfolds its daily importance.

Anthropomorphized with poetic license, this song rehearses what The Hermit would say. Good or bad, no omen is independent of its herald.
